Slender: The Arrivalis a single-player survival horror released on March 26, 2013 for Microsoft Windows and OS X. Blue Isle Studios developed and published Slender: The Arrival full game. It is the sequel to Slender: The Eight Pages.
Gameplay / Walkthrough:
Slender: The Arrival full version game takes place in wasted areas (house, defunct mine, etc.), each of them have various different objectives. Like its predecessor, the mechanics are the same. The character in the game has only a flashlight, due to which this limited defense forces helplessness, because the best way to survive is to scurry across whenever in danger. The conduct of Slender Man redirects slightly between the levels. In level one, it is observed at most, once. In level two, it most often teleports off-screen or just out of the character’s line of sight, but is capable of appearing directly in front of the player. It is seen that its move orbits round following the player, but contains extensively of trudging across from place to place, the easiness of which is increased as each of the eight pages are collected. Its behavior is quite similar to this in level four, besides more actively. In level three, it follows much less fiercely, serving less as the main antagonist of the level and more as a scare tactic, though one capable of teleporting directly in front of the player and ending the game. The girl acts as main antagonist, in this level, who follows the player. The player has only one way to get hold of her is to put flashlight on her. In Slender: The Arrival free game, while seeing the Slender Man, the camera changes to electronic distortions – for example, static, blurring, color spots, audio distortion, etc., which prevents the players from vision unless facing away, and far enough from it. If caught, the death screen is also different. There are also new choices in difficulty being easy, normal, and hardcore. The differences being that hardcore enables the flashlight to diminish, enemies are angrier and the player’s stamina diminishes immediately. Easy has infinite flashlight, a great deal of stamina, and the enemies are not very dominant.

But as you are looking for them, you are being stalked by an entity that grows more persistent and relentless as each page is collected, an entity that you cannot even look at for long, let alone fight. Your only hope is to collect all 8 pages before it catches you...
What's New:
- Added a subtitle to the game ('The Eight Pages') to differentiate it from future versions.
- Improved main menu and added music to it. Also now includes links to Slender Man info and YouTube series.
- Added different light sources (unlocked after beating the game once).
- Added shadows (not especially noticeable except in lit areas).
- Your jogging speed now increases gradually as more pages are collected.
- Removed the cool down for stamina recovery after jogging/sprinting, and reduced the stamina drain rate. When you start jogging/sprinting, however, it immediately deducts 5% of your stamina. This will allow you to jog or sprint for a much longer period of time, but makes repeated taps of the jog/sprint button cause your stamina to drain very quickly (effectively getting rid of a former exploit).
- The maximum distance you can see decreases as you collect more pages; this is to keep the challenge similar for people who have fog turned off. For the same reason, Distance Shade can no longer be turned off.
- Added a menu option to automatically skip the intro.
- Added a pause feature, but you can only pause if there's no static (which prevents you from pausing the game in response to seeing the Slender Man).
- Fixed a bug where the flashlight would try to illuminate a page on there side of a wall.
- Removed one of the hidden modes (it was only a matter of time, since it contained copyrighted material).
